Sawadee Kap, I’m Kru Tiger. Muay Thai has been part of my life since I was a kid in Thailand. I’m a former professional fighter with over 300 fights and many years of experience teaching in gyms internationally. For me, Muay Thai is not only about technique and hard work, but also about the values and traditions behind the sport: respect, discipline, humility and learning from each other. In my classes, I want to share that spirit while making sure everyone enjoys the training, improves and feels part of the gym. No pain, no Muay Thai but nobody leaves my class without a smile.

I’m Claire, a professional fighter from Australia, and Muay Thai has been a huge part of my life for many years. In my classes, I want everyone to feel welcome, included and part of the team. I put a strong focus on proper technique, understanding how and why movements work, and building the endurance you need to keep improving. I love pushing people to get better, but just as importantly, I want training to feel positive and enjoyable. My goal is for everyone to leave class feeling stronger, more confident and excited to come back!

I’m Kevin, and I’ve been training Muay Thai since 2018 in different countries, gaining experience both in the ring and in helping others develop their skills. In my classes, I focus on building a strong technical foundation, good habits from the start and understanding Muay Thai. I want people to develop confidence in their skills and build a style that feels natural to them. Most importantly, I want us to enjoy training, improve together and grow through the sport as a community.
