Four formats provide a clear starting point and room to progress. If you are unsure which level fits, speak with our coaching team before training.

    BasicTypically 60 min

    Muay Thai Basic

    Your introduction to Muay Thai: clear foundations, a steady pace, and clean technique from the start.

    Learn a stable stance, guard, and footwork alongside fundamental punches, kicks, and knees. Partner drills are introduced step by step so you can practise each movement with control and confidence.

    Who is it for?
    For complete beginners and anyone who wants to rebuild their fundamentals carefully.

    IntermediateTypically 60 min

    Muay Thai Intermediate

    Develop sound fundamentals into fluid combinations, sharper timing, and controlled partner work.

    Connect familiar fundamentals into combinations and apply them under changing conditions. The focus is on distance, timing, defence, counters, and controlled work on pads and in the clinch.

    Who is it for?
    For students who already have a reliable stance, footwork, and command of the basic techniques.

    AdvancedTypically 90 min

    Muay Thai Advanced

    Demanding training for experienced Muay Thai practitioners with a strong technical base.

    Complex combinations, tactical decisions, clinch work, and controlled sparring take centre stage. You practise staying composed at a higher pace, reading situations, and applying technique with precision.

    Who is it for?
    For experienced students with sound technique and controlled partner-work experience; join after consulting the coaching team.

    All levelsTypically 60 min

    Muay Thai All Levels

    Train together around one clear theme, with variations for different levels of experience.

    Everyone works on the same technical principles while complexity and intensity are adjusted to individual experience. Beginners and experienced students can train with focus, learn from one another, and grow as a team.

    For every experience level looking to work on technique and conditioning together in a respectful setting.
